I’m super impressed with those tires on the dirt. I picked up a set after talking to you about them. They grip so much in the dirt that it won’t let go in the corners. But soft pack the machine will float a little. So the sandier dirt will spin the tires, but I’m not usually above 40 so not sure about high speed control either.
They definitely hook! The X-Comps understeered like crazy, these grip and go. I wasn’t that impressed with the traction on the slickrock in Chokecherry though. Makes me curious how well they would do in Moab
@@BullittOutdoors Yeah I ran 12 psi in the tires and they floated when it was on a dirt road with sand on top. It could have just been because it's been a while since I was in it too. But I haven't driven it much because of the lock downs.
@@BullittOutdoors I was almost ready to get Rampages based on your videos, but now I'm not so sure. I'm BIG on rock climbing (I have a KRX-1000) and my Carnivores are shot at 1600 miles. They're amazing on the rocks but they don't last well and the carcass is kinda flimsy. Am now back to considering the BFG KM3 UTVs.
Do you find that the rampages ride more rough on the gravel / fire roads than say the terrabites? I was in a buddy’s sxs recently that had rampages, and it rode like a tractor. Not sure if the tires had anything to do with it or not.
