We see all these other youtubers showing most of their life as a sunshine on daily basis, which makes some feel more like sh* ...not sure if you call it jealousy but more like humam nature....you see someone struggling and in a tougher situation than you - your mind starts calming yourself thinking mine isnt so bad afterall.....

Also u can mix it with milk 🥛 n 1 🥚 in flour. I know , children doesn’t like to vegetables so, I think it’s help u. I do myself same process for kids 😊
