Its nerf, they increase skill 1 and 2 cd for mere slow in ultimate? What kind of nolan uses ultimate first? While his ultimate evade backwards (to run). Before 'buff' nolan are very strong at early game but weak at late game. Now, its not too strong at early and weak at lategame due to increase his skill 1 and 2 cd. More cd at those skill, less explosion, less damage, less escape ability and less chase.
