The fact that you put so much time and efford into not only donating, but being respectful enough to only donate actual good nice stuff and not the expired things. In the middle of the moving stress. Like, it takes time and effort to sort it through purely to donate respectfully which in my experience not a lot of people do... It speaks volumes about who you are as a person. You're amazing!

I'm a professional Move Manager, and I highly recommend for visual ease of sorting categories of items (Keep/Donate/Sell/Etc.) using a different color of painters tape for each distinct category, instead of the same color with notes written on it. It makes it visually very clear which items belong in which category and gives you a better sense at a glance how much content is in each category. And if you change your mind about items all you have to do is remove the tape and place the new color on it. Or even switch with another item if you decide you'd rather keep one item and let go of another item in it's place. It also makes it very clear to anyone who's help you enlist with the project because they don't have to decipher what each individual piece of tape has written on it, they can just check the color and know where it needs to go.
