So Darryl and Jr are the ones who got canned. That's unfortunate for them. I bet they will realize how good they had it once they work for a different company. Your a great boss who treats his men well.
I feel bad for jr tho. He has issues and reminds me of a family friend who tries and doesn't always have the capability to go 100% all the time but when he does he at least tries.
*I admire that lady out working driving the concrete truck. Don't be discouraged you'll learn the ropes. Everybody had to start from scratch including Ryan and all his workers.* 27:35
@@TheNicedog Of course. I’m glad he fired Darryl. But a good good crew morale is important and Eric and Francisco seem to enjoy the work, and they make the videos way better than just some guy who doesn’t talk and works hard. Plus people forget that Eric (I think at least) has a newborn at home so I totally understand him accidentally sleeping through alarms and whatnot. I definitely wouldn’t call that abusing the boss.
I was wondering who got fired also!! People being funny but people abusing is another!! Ryan's seems to be a wonderful boss, friend, father, an husband!! It was not fair to the crew when others were not working an not showing up!! Was not right to use Ryan for being a good guy...
Ryan, it's almost weird how much I look forward to these videos every morning. Keep up the great work. Sad to not see the Darryls out there, but anyone who would take advantage of your kindness, doesn't deserve it. All the best!!!
It's so good to see Eric, and Francisco back. Hope they got some rest. When I had covid I hardly got rest. I lost 27 lbs, took me awhile to start eating, and keep it down.
Hail Prophecy I feel your struggle. I got Covid last January. Lost my taste and smell. Still can’t smell anything. Taste was coming back until July it went funky. Most things I eat and drink taste like soap. I’ve dropped 35 lbs. Hoping the soap taste last awhile longer as I can afford to lose another 35 lbs.
Sorry to hear that. I just had it last month. luckily i could still smell and taste i only lost 10 lbs. Gatorade was the best thing to drink those 2 weeks
"No money is made till the mud hits the ground." I know it costs more to have that many finishers but you know you rolled with peace of mind today, your finishers didn't get overworked and the finished product, the experience and video content turned out tops. Lye burns are no joke to the eyes.
"victory style baby!!" go larry and his "a team" for filling in and helping out- know you are great contractor when your competition is willing to help out....
i notice thats theres no fighting and bekering between the darrells plus no waste of money for the big guy just to lend on a truck and going to sleep..God Bless yall victory style baby.
Ryan you are the best Boss I have ever seen . I don't blame you for canning some people that don't want to work they take advantage of your kindness . You are the best
Victory videos are the bomb. It’s like candy you can’t have just one. And I think since Daryl and jr are gone the mood on the crew and Ryan are just 10 times better. I know people think that they were just effecting Ryan and his mood but as you can tell everyone’s mood is a lot better than when the Daryl’s were there. Keep up the great work Ryan.🇺🇸
Hello from New Zealand! My Dad looks forward to watching your videos every morning before he goes off to work. We pray that God continues to bless you and your family Ryan!
Man I went from stumbling across one victory video the other day and now I’m hooked. Love the upbeat attitude and absolute dad joke mentality. Bunch of good guys with a good outlook on life. Wishing you a long and prosperous future, you deserve it buddy
Hey Ryan… love your channel. On days where you do not have much going on, it would be cool to see a tour of Schmitz and how they prepare the trucks for your jobs. Just a thought. Keep it up!
@bil73...luckily for me I don't have any residual effects for it. I dodged a bullet and managed to stay out of the hospital but I was close. Stay safe and hope everything works out.
Sorry to hear. My wife had it a few weeks ago and it was nothing. Never had the shot and all she had was a small fever for about 2 days and some mild body aches for a couple of days after that. I laid in bed with her hugged on her kissed her all that and never got it. Neither did any of our 3 kids. I would not tell anyone ever what to do medically and its irresponsible for anyone to tell someone to go get it just because they had it bad. What needs to be said and all that needs said is to talk to your doctor period. End of story. Hope everyone is ok.
@@ricks.1318 I think the rest of the crew is already "awake" and knows how good they have it. Darryl took it for granted after doing it so many times with no punishment. Sad to see...
It is amazing when you have two more guys who klnow what they are doing and want to work. The pour from what you edited looked smooth and everyone seemed to know exactly what they should be doing. Make sure you check that eye out and yeah bud switch back to your glasses. Safety first.
My wife and I enjoy watching all your videos. It is so refreshing to see someone with the values, humor, and pride in this country, that you model everyday on your videos. Much respect for all you do. Please don't change.
Ryan I’m always amazed at how patient you are. You are so lucky to have bugs I think he’s one of the most solid dudes I’ve ever seen! Hope your eyes all right by the way!
Amazing work, your guys really like you. Shows you treat them like family. Also quite interesting to see how concrete is laid. I work at a place that makes concrete tools (they might be using them, judging by the red handles) Really cool to see those tools in use, big possibility I made some of them.
Really love your channel!!!! Your a big hearted dude that gives his workers ALOT of chances. Personally I think you getting rid of the Darryl's will be for to be best they were dead weight. Anyways keep up the great work!!!!
Love the videos Ryan :_) Video Idea: Sit and chat with each crew member and tell us the history together. How'd you start working together? First impression of each other. When did you decide the other was good value. Favorite part of being on the team. It might be just you and Bugs chatting if the community is right suspecting the Daryls got the chop :( But it'd still be some interesting insight to stuff we don't see
G'day Ryan, love the new HD camera, very professional, I hope when you finish the season your still going to post regular videos, victory style,... All the best from Davis in Cowra NSW Australia.😁😁😁
AhhI felt a little sorry for the female trucker, new job .new truck takes a little getting use to, give her time she'd probably be one of the best, and has anyone taken the time to show her how to pour for you guys ? that could help loads, virtual hugs for her for being out there .
It nice to see a good crew pouring concrete, the two Darryl's took advantage of your goodwill you had for them , any other boss would have fired them early on , your videos are family friendly and we watch together , Thank You , Ryan and Victory crew ! ! !
Hello great video. Congratulations to getting your guys back. Your videos are awesome. You got me checking youtube everyday for your videos to come out.
@@johanandersson2165 when I had covid all I lost was my sense of smell.. and yes I did get tested positive when it happened . I had chills and fever and lose of smell ..
I'm so happy to see a boss who understands that his employee's are people. I used to get screamed at for checking time on my phone (i dont wear a watch) when I started working back then.
Not sure if you will get to read this Ryan. I really love that you mix in your Christian values to your videos. Keep up the great job. They really pick me up when I’m working out here.
@@OfficialLILV He had covid. They had a Dr's excuse and weren't supposed to work when they had covid but Ryan made then work anyway then he ended up getting hospitalized. Then Ryan fired them so I think that's more disrespectful. Most of the stuff you've seen on this channel is a skit anyway.
Hey Ryan - Great job with the channel! I really enjoy watching the videos and I seemed to be hooked on the personalities, not just the content. It's great to see the teamwork and interaction between the employees. I'm sure you hear all kinds of recommendations to improve the channel, but the one element I would add to your videos is education and instruction. I'm always interested to understand the how and the why of craftsmanship. Great job on the content and I look forward to seeing new videos!
