If you want a clean cut with a grinder. Dont use the whole disc to cut through the fender. Only use less than 1/4 of the disc. Treat the grinder like a pencil and only gently cut through the fender the first time. The 2nd time use however much of the disc you need. Measure twice cut once! Not being negative or anything just trying to help :)
