Being an Australian bloke aged 69, I'm well aware of the damage the sun can to one's body. I have scars all over my back, shoulders, chest, face and head from the surgical removal of skin cancers. I have so many suture scars, like pale ladders, that I'm sure Frankenstein's creation would be jealous. Boys, put on shirts and 50+ sunscreen! Skin cancer can and does KILL!

Well I'll be dipped! Dan finally got a motorized lift to bring the Lime up to the top without having to hand carry it up! This will help immensely. Good that Brian is back and helping out.

Wonderful addition to the very necessary tools!! The lift will save many hours of hard lugging up and down with mortar buckets and the stress and strain of Dan and the crew carrying them too. Well done that man!!!

wet burlap (sack cloth) with a tarp to shade it works better than cardboard and spraying it down (misting) a few times a day in hot weather. I think it is like a week per inch of mortar for curing time. The sack cloth can be washed and reused to wrap your trees in the winter to prevent damage from heavy snow on the evergreens. The cost of the sac cloth is a good investment. You have lots of lime work to do and you have lots of trees to wrap after. See you Tomorrow! Congrats on the elevator!!

If you have a swarm of bees you should contact a local beekeeper. They will come and rescue the hive and give it a good home. Bees need to be protected.
