A modern Prefab Home by the name of Keu has officially arrived on US soil. Last week the first model arrived in Florida and will be set up in Miami with their new distributor. I have been following Keu for awhile now and it’s exciting to see them making moves into new markets. As soon as I get more information about the Miami showroom I will pin a comment in this video. I have been waiting for this since I first saw these guys! Watch out America, European design is coming! Prices are not on their website because distributors are gonna sink their teeth into your wallet… I’d love to see the manufacturer sets its own distribution up! With this level of coolness you know the middleman is going to be milking it! to be continued but these homes are rocking it! 🎉❤

Love it love it!! Twice in one week now I've been loving the stuff you're showing Kerry👍👍 I'm ultra modern at heart so this is right up my ally!...I'm in Florida and there are times when glass is just not our friend here, so there would have to be some serious workarounds. So love the look, the lighting, the bright white in the living/dining, the whole nine...love the largest unit...when you are up close and personal, you can walk us through. Would love to see the WHOLE thing, closet spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and smart functionality of any appliances or devices etc..Will await the PRICE..I feel an ouch coming.🤕..be gentle.😀

I have followed this company for a long time and I was waiting for them to expand the selection. I love the original but I love the new options even more! The last one is the one! I want to gift my three kids that one individually and take away the stress of house payments. All that would be left would be to build a garage for each one. I'm going to see what prices look like and go from there. I live in the Midwest, these things would be so awesome.

It’d be interesting to test the Keu in extreme weather conditions. Cleaning glass is a daily for those living near or on the seashore. Also, would the Keu maintain heat during some of the well-below freezing blizzards we’ve had in recent years? Would it stay cool after a month of 110+ degrees days? 🤔

I think the Keu are some of the most exciting designs I've seen on your channel! These are super stylish and beautiful but there is one flaw to me that would be complete deal stopper were I in the market for one of these: that I can tell there is no laundry. I've seen that in similar size models from other manufacturers but seems to be a notable absence here. I can understand that in the Pocket models but the Nomad, Family and XL, especially the XL that would be a feature I would expect, especially at the very premium price point that these units will undoubtedly go for! Unless it's there and just not noted. Love the channel Kerry, thank you so much for all you do!

Generally the basic units are shown, the relevant companies would then add on to the buyers specification at additional cost. Different geographical regions may not need in-house laundry

Kerry, been watching ya for years to stay in the loop. That said, now that many of these companies are maturing their operations it would be extremely helpful if there was a resource / database / spreadsheet that tracked each of these companies' high-level offerings, regions, and whether or not they're accepting orders. Could either distribute it for free as a lead-magnet, charge viewers for access to it, or charge companies for being listed on it.

I admire and applaud, nay I bow and simultaneously take my hat off to you Mr. Tarnow for your splendid and indefatigable dedication to providing valuable insights and exposure to the ever expanding list of Pre Fab players. That said, and speaking of exposure these models look like they come equipped with an air lock and docking bay controlled by HAL, very niche and far more suited for Northern European tourists into SciFi and exhibitionism.

Hi Kerry! First of all, thank you for your work, I've been following you channel for quite a while and, for me, a brazilian who is looking to invest in this line of pre fabricated houses in my country, every bit of content helps me achieve precious knowledge. However, one think that I always miss is information about foundation. If we think about delivering a home in 4 weeks time, a 30+ day concrete foundation could somewhat delay the delivery process, which could potencially snow ball into really bad legal situations. How are people dealing with foundation?

Seems preliminary pricing is available on the site if you use the "contact us" form at the bottom of the page. The range seems to be from 40K to 120K Euros (or ~$44k-$130K USD). I imagine the final price after shipping and installation can easily be more than double that.

My big question is, "Where do they keep the water heater and AC unit?" architects tend to leave out important things like that in their pretty home proposals, meaning the end result is different either on the outside or has significantly reduced space on the inside.

Hey Deana! I haven't purchased one from anywhere besides the USA and at that time NAFTA made it pretty simple. Keu is currently building one for PEI so I will follow up when that arrives.

The Government, Congress is supposed be in Washington to make laws that hopefully improve the lives of their constituents but they are too busy fighting each other instead of working together to help their fellow Americans. Vote them out and vote in people that are committed to making life better for all Americans. There’s something wrong with sending billions overseas when we’ve got homeless and food insecurity over here, I understand sending some aid overseas but take care of the homeland first.
