Hi guys, long time no see 💛 took a bit of a media break as it’s been pretty hard to create considering everything going on. Was feeling a bit drained and a lil sad to be honest, but I’m back in biz, feeling loads better & if you’re going through something similar, know it doesn’t last always ♥️ anyways I hope you’re all doing well still taking precaution! Figured I’d film this experiment, lmk what you think! :) (& be honest don’t have me out here looking crazy lol) ✨ Quick stamps : products - 1:25 disclaimer - 2:04 blonde dye application - 4:25 adore dye mixing - 6:18 color swatch! - 6:43 adore dye application - 7:33 styling - 9:04 finished look - 10:09 outside look :) - 10:56
I've used herbatint hair dye several times over the passed 3 years & my curls have stayed intact through it all. Also the colors come out really nice & natural, you don't really have to worry about mixing colors to get the color you want.
I’m glad you like it, because red is an extremely hard color to fix. The pigmentation in it is very high. At the beginning you said that if you didn’t like the end result you would dye it jet black. Let me tell you this : it wouldn’t work. Your hair would look somewhat dark for a few washes and then go back to a faded weird red tone. Red is also an hard color to maintain, so get ready to dye your hair pretty often. I have curly hair myself and started with red dye at 15. Let me just say that not knowing how to get rid of it and trying to fix it by applying black dye over it consistently turned out in having to shaved my head last year. Good luck sweetheart! You look great❤️ (P.s. do some research on henna if you like red so much)
Hey! If it makes you feel a little better, the color faded to a really pretty light brown and I’m just maintaining that :) once it faded to a pretty orange, I started using anti-orange shampoo and it came out looking very natural. The key is that this red isn’t just solely red, it has prominent ginger orange tones that fade nicely!
When you had red on your cheek and your arms and shoulders, you looked like you’ve been in a war zone! LOL. I was beginning to wonder if this “do it at home thing” was all worth it! LOL. But wow! Your end result! YES it was worth all that trouble and mess! So gorgeous! And I still LOVE your curls, and volume; I always have, and always will! I love your longer length, too! And your new color is beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
You dyed your hair during the full moon in Aquarius. I always dye or cut my hair when the moon is in Aquarius because I’m bored with my hair 😂😂 welcome to the club beautiful 💕
ahhh thank you! ♥️ And I took a much needed break, it was a bit tough to create for you guys during these times :/ slowly but surely getting back into it, new content coming soon, thank you for being patient w/ me :)
Love the color! it's funny because I actually just did this to my hair a couple months ago and was on youtube to see if anyone had did it so I could use their video as a guide. unfortunately no one had, but I did it anyway and I used the same colors as you did and mine also came out darker. wasn't mad at it, but it faded to the perfect color now :)
Thank you gorgeous! & yay that makes me feel loads better 😊 this color honestly looks like it’s going to be kinda hard to touch up, but someone recommended ginger overtone so hopefully that works in the future :) Did you touch up your color or at all or do you just rock it faded?
@@laurscurls I'm just rocking it faded I actually like it looks a lot like Joyjah Estradas hair color. like a natural ginger. Love your videos btw I can't wait to see what the ginger overtone looks like. You would look beautiful with any hair color though.
its still cute but in order to get the color you wanted you needed to lift you high more with the first color. due to adore is only a pigment that places only to base of the color that already there
It turned out cute but omg I do not trust those box dyes can’t believe you used the blonde and it turned out red lol good thing that was the color you were going for!
Thank you! 💛 & You know, I apologize for the wording, I definitely should have said zero “visible” damage! my hair is definitely a bit drier and has been needing a little extra TLC die to bleaching, but nothing too major :) you will experience a slight change in your curls with bleach for sure, prepping beforehand can significantly minimize the change!
Repent, for the kingdom is heaven is at hand! Turn from your sins, and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior! If you come to Him, and believe in Him with all your heart and soul, He’ll never leave you❤️❤️
hey guys you may not agree, which is okay, but please don’t be disrespectful. I practice Christianity and appreciated this comment a lot. I’m sure many others did/do as well. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but respecting different views regardless of popularity Is major :)
StrawberryGirlBSL because if you have not repented you are still in sin=death and cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven, thus going to Hell forever! The only way in is through believing in you heart and confessing with your mouth Jesus Christ is Lord and the Son of God who died and rose again on the third day for our sins❤️ God bless!🙌🏾
Thank you 💛 The dye did contain some bleach, the “high lift booster” packet was supposed to lift it wayyy lighter but it didn’t much lifting at all 😩 I’ll deff be using a developer & things next time
If this is my first time dying my hair and I am trying to achieve that color do I need to use the dark & lovely as well or were you just using that because you were trying to get the body of your hair to match the roots? @Laurscurls?
