I can't believe people tried to tell you this show doesn't get worse after Season 1! That being said though, I hope you do continue. Yes, there will be more scenes that get pretty much the same reaction again as you had in this one. But there will also be other parts of the story that will keep you on the edge of your seat, needing to know what happens next for certain characters and plots. You're going to have mixed emotions about almost every single character to one degree or another (except Joffrey and maybe 2 or 3 others, who are both just 1000% evil).

Rakharo is still alive in the books. They killed him off on the show because the actor, Elyes Gabel, got a role in World War Z as well as the lead on ABC's Scorpion.
