Theon's family, the Greyjoys are sea sailers, and live in Pike, an Island surrounded by the sea/water. Bran's vision of Winterfell being overcome by a mass of water and being flooded by the sea was symbolism/prophecy of the Greyjoys coming.

You were correct in saying Bran's vision is metaphorical. The Iron Bourne worship the Drowned God, the Greyjoys' symbol is the Kraken (giant squid) and the Iron Bourne are famous for their naval combat at sea. The sea came over the walls of Winterfell when Theon sent his men over them.

This isn't a spoiler but if you know the books, then you know that Tywin is father is the reason why he is the way he is. His father was good man and because he was so good people had a habit of taking advantage of his kindness, he would give other lesser noble families huge loans and because he was so kind those families would never pay him back. It got to the point that people disrespected the Lannister name so Tywin felt the need to become harsh and tough and attack all those who disrespected him and his house because his father's kindness made the lannister house seem inferior.

Littlefinger absolutely recognized Arya. He also kept it to himself to spite Cercei for her little "power is power" stunt.
