@@kynorun5279 its off center on every model and thats a fact, also i use middle click alot, which on this mouse was very awkward. Since you're pushing at an angle. Its not a dealbreaker if you don't use the middle click (which im guessing you don't), but paying like 250+usd for after maket prices, u'd expect the mouse to be prenium.
@@jerrytpl the price is there because it is not an ordinary plastic mouse and its more of an work of art thats why its drop only but soon it wont be for their next model
@@czechninja1132 I can garrentee 90% of people who bought this mouse didn't buy it because it's "a work of art". Ont top of that, thats no excuse to have bad build quality. If you beleive that, you are gullible and buying into their marketing. It's a good mouse yes, but its also overpriced and over hyped.
Scrollwheel being not centered doesn't effect people. Updating the firmware will fix the scroll wheel. The way you're clicking that mouse, it's no surprise it's double clicking.
@@Xitrobe_2 Nowadays..you got better options than ever before, LAMZU Atlantis Mini, Pulsar X2 Mini, Endgame Gear OP1WE, hell even the Viper Mini/Razer Cobra. Finalmouse is good if you got the money for it, but only if you want that specific shape. Lightweight mice are a dozen.
That's commong for Tenz units. With a huge stock ofc there's going to be a more consistent QC issue. Encoder is either dusty or you need to update your firmware. I own Finalmouse mice since 2015 and they have no problem.
I got a final mouse as well. The plastic where the thumb rests would flex and creak whenever you applied any amount of pressure.. absolutely horrific for the price.
Tbr i got a lot of mice, razer, logitech gaming mice, zowie, finalmouse, and multiple of each. I only had one bad final mouse, and it was a crooked scroll wheel that functioned fine. Im not denying finalmouse QC is worse, but I went from 95th to 99th percentile in aim io when i switched to the final mouse shape. I hate the ergo mouse shape that razer uses even though they have amazing hardware. I still think the FM is best. It has even faster click latency than razer, is half the weight, and imo has the superior shape for micro adjustments.
I was using viper mini for a while and jump to other mice like hati-s, gpx, mm712, pulsar x2 mini, and always bounce back to viper mini because gaming performance ngl. I perform better on viper mini than those mice. Until recently, got myself a secondhand ultralight 2 slightly slimmer than viper mini and 48gram, and BAM! My performance in game has never been constantly better. It is trully a finalmouse. Anyway u can fix double clicking issue by swapping the switch yourself or by mouse service center at your country. It is not a big problem.
i own an starlight tenz medium, viper v2 pro, superlight, model o, viper mini, viper ultimate. Ive been a mouse fan for a long time and I tried out a lot of mice. I thought I would enjoy the starlight tenz edition as you said, its the lightest. However, its actually just like what the video says. The weight is good but the weight distribution is absolutly trash to a point where viper v2 pro feels the same as this, the scroll wheel however is centered for mine but they really arent good compare to viper v2 pro. The feet is also bad cause of how small they are. Last but not least, the clicks are actually too heavy (For comparison, it takes around 3 times the force to click on the finalmouse tenz comp[are to ANY other mice)
I have a mouse thats 5 dollars from miniso. Need to be replace 2 or 3 a year. Gaming mouse aint worth sometimes. Bought one before, but the lights of it cause my hand to heat and sweat more that ever
@@Jerkuly it did for me but that was the last firmware update, they havent released a patch since and it started doing the same thing again. very annoying
@@TMC_Shrek I have the Poseidon starlight 12 and I love it the update was a pleasant surprise. the Tenz mouse is supposed to be better but that doesn't mean these are the best mice.. Optimum Tech does amazingly accurate test for different mouse even the starlight before and after its update
@@papiezppdoesn’t the Logitech app update its firmware? Oh wait.. it does. Doesn’t razer synapse update it’s firmware too? No way? It does?! Every company does it to resolve issues so I’m confused about what your point is here exactly.
I have 6 starlights with 2 being Tenz models. Both work perfectly and costed me 200$ flat, not 240$. I love the RVM but its not even close to the SL12.
@sayo2409 i have 3 now and the others that I sold, I got my money back. I knew that going in. I wanted to try the updates. Then I had my main, 1 with 4k internals and 1 with an infinity hump. Now I have 2 ULX mediums and a large coming in. I might sell 1 of the mediums but I might keep it as a back up. I just like having a back up, a mod mouse and 1 regular... I dont have time for other hobbies, I have a big family. Its the cheapest hobby I have ever had personally.
You definitely didn't download and update it to the latest firmware update... which has been out a while now. One program, and it will update any Starlight 12 based model.
Maybe get educated on how to update firmware on it 😅 it fixed all those issues but the centering of your scroll wheel. You can fix it your self or send to finalmouse to center. Easy fix
your paying 220 for finalmouse its wireless a collectors item weighs alot less and is built out of nicer materials if you dont want it pass it to me i would love it
You payed reseller price, your fault, and the reseller was probably only selling it because it had qc issues, plus there is software updates to fix double clicking. You don't deserve this mouse bro.
Hahaha this comment section is hilarious. The amount of people who will defend garbage product is astounding. I should sell them a Tenz edition pen with no ink and they'll lap it up. Ink sold separately at exorbitant price.
