But the question is “ Minimum capital Requirement to form a private limited company in india “ the Answer is no capital Requirement.

No, it is correct. Question had a twist - "minimum .... to REGISTER a company", you need to have 1 Lakh for ROC, for forming company it is 0 as you correctly mentioned. Thanks for your kind words brother 👍

I was thinking to request you to open new dedicated telegram channel for sebi, but instead you can create a basic web page or blog to integrate all sebi related stuff in neat plan and concise manner. Just finished Costing and started macroeconomics,...going ahead but i would not let go of the usual worry Btech guys have who have applied for sebi...dont know what i will face in real exam....i purchased edutap but ....also your videos are really usefull. As per latest info SBI notification is expected soon within next 2 weeks, eligibility is usually calculated as of April 1 so if you turned 30 just now you should be eligible. Let us wait and see, it will come very soon unless govt changes any major things

you need to check if you are covering Paper 2 comprehensively, go back to the syllabus and see what you are missing, you may check the video I did on SEBI 60 Days prep for guidance. Make sure you note down all the things you missed in this session and after a week attempt it again, you will improve for sure!

DADA, I have a doubt in my mind ..so just for the curiosity, i'm asking you this qus. dada once I heard that according to the service rules a bank employee can't run a youtube channel or can't do any business or other activities.If he do,this is punishable offence. and if anyone earns from any other place then the income should be disclosed.. so dada can you pls clarify this what exactly the rules are? monetizing youtube channel legal or illegal?
