In Tx while great we're not NY or one of many states with state income tax we need to buy it and mark if we want it annuity or lump sum

I can’t stand listening to these people. The I never by a ticket people. Just because you know the odds are so against you you’re such a tightwad you won’t part with 2 damn dollars as a what if?
