Name of winner is not known to public, or even lottery officials... just the IRS, of course. Couple in California waited 6 months to come forward, after getting all their ducks in a row, which was the smart thing to do. This Massachusetts woman's first mistake was her biggest mistake... coming out immediately and publicly. Oh, and looking like a cow while chewing gum on television. 😁
