The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and SMU DataArts present research and key findings from the recently-released report, Navigating Recovery: Arts and Culture Financial and Operating Trends in Chicago. The report is a first look at the health of many of the city’s arts and cultural organizations before, during, and emerging from the pandemic. Many of our findings resonate with nonprofit arts and cultural organizations nationally.
