DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. Also Hormonal imbalances like irregularity in thyroid hormone, Telogen effluvium, in case of extreme physical or mental stress for which you need to do some blood investigations, to determine if the hair loss is due to above causes. DHT in males also regulates blood sugar, cognitive brain function, Cardiovascular health, Stroke risk, Anti Aging, Bone and Skeletal health and many other..... So the question is by taking Finasteride which reduces DHT in our body, we might save our hair but what about all these other things....... and the other question is how much does 1mg of Finasteride reduce DHT in our body in terms of Percentage like wat is the perfect balance. Like im sad now to know how much of a friend DHT is to a male body but an enemy of our hair.

29 years old here,from Boston Massachusetts. Due to stress and constant work pressure caused so many problems. One of them hair loss. I start taking finastride 1mg in the start of January 2020. No sexual issues at all. No stomach cramps or disturbance.but interestingly I can see my hairs are not falling out that much actually I felt my new hairs with less than 3 months are better looking and healthy... just a experience to share with you guys.

Sir meri Age 35 year he mene Dutasteride 0.5mg tablet last 2 month me 30 tablet li thi(1-1 din ke distance me) us se Hair growth Achha huva par muje sexual side effects hui thi jese ki sex karne ki ichha kam hona,Agar kiya to filling nahi Aana, satisfaction na hona, erectile disfunction hona, virya ka kam hona, daily sex karta tha par ye drug lene k bad weekly sirf 1 bar sex karta tha usme bhi satisfaction nahi milta tha but tablet bandh kiya uske bad side-effect bandh ho gaye Now i am back to Normal Thank god
