The part about finding the right people because you find the wrong ones is so true. I've had some very toxic friendships, and as painful as they were, I think I'm almost glad at this point that I had them. I was able to learn from them and now I've become much more selective in who my friends are and my friend group is now way better for me

So amazing episode! For me when it comes to alcohol im scared about one thing, im not 18 yet so i can not drink and i already made a desition that im dont want to drink, but my grandpa invited me for drinking when it will be legal for me, im scared that he wont respect my desition and that will make our relation worst. I dont have much friends and there is only one person on the world that understands me, even small part is my friend from high school but i wouldnt consider him as best friend or completly right person. From what I discover from making this kind of content, podcast making and what you(or we!) can talk about is self-therapy, just talking with yourself, which is translation of my podcast title, is so relaxing and theraping for the author.
