They should have gotten it professionally clean, not trying to be a hater, but if it's a 8000$ couch then I wished they spend a fraction to get it clean, the brush, aggressive pulling, and the machinery they used look very damaging imo. Ofc touching family moment ❤
Explanation: It was actually someone else’s couch outside of their apartment for cleaning and she was gonna leave it out there just for a little as she cleans and this lady steals her couch
Uhhh she wanted it enough to pull over and check it out. I guarantee you she’d have taken it even if it was worth only $500. I’ll NEVER understand why people comment negative sh*t on peoples happy posts. I’m so glad I’m not THAT person. Maybe they’re miserable people in real life? Let us all know…..why you feel the need to be nasty to someone who is clearly happy as hell?! I suppose it’s to try and ruin their day like yours is ruined?! Help me understand. Thanks.
@@tradingismid9988 Sure, at least until the mold from _dumping_ water on it after rescuing it _while it's visibly rain-soaked_ (there's a water line around the bottom!) starts growing where you can see it!
@@palanatisoumya here where I live it’s pretty normal regardless of value. Couple weeks ago I saw a hole set of couches/sofas, real leather and dark wood in new condition being put on the street for people to take. I also once put my 400€ shelf on the street for someone else simply because it didn’t fit into the home anymore. Last summer I found a box with over 40 DVDs and Bluerays (Iron Man, Kingsman, Starwars, recent ones from that time and more) with a value of over 450€. People throw good things out for someone else to enjoy all the time. We even do this with fruits and veggies that we grow in the garden and have to many of. Hang them on a fence in a paper bag and people will be happy.
dude that couch came from alot of white gaymen they used that couch💦 💦😂 i saw it from the other pic on facebook it was crazy, why nobody knew about it lol
@@user-ow3bz5kv2jthe vid of people getting banged out on the couch. There was a video of her neighbor seeing a whole gangbang on the couch, thru the window across the street 😅
I try to steam clean my furniture every year or two. You scrub it several times with solution then you go over it in very slow motion to suck up the dirty water a couple times. Good job!
@@Geminivixenchelly you’re completely wrong you’re just assuming random things.. how don’t you know the last person didn’t just pick it up off the street like she did😂
@@lk_c7214 yeah a cover makes sense and she could do a diff color bc that blue is not flattering and it doesn’t go well with her apartment it doesn’t fit the vibe
Number one fear off anyone that finds fabric or Upholstered furniture in NYC bedbugs. I'm so glad y'all invested in the things needed to deep clean that thing.
Queen Whitaker, bed bugs have been found on wooden furniture, in books, etc. Best rule of thumb, re-home nothing off of the streets and very little of what friends give you that's used from their homes.
No! Nonononono!!!! As someone who is currently going THROUGH cleaning up a bedbug infestation, DO NOT pick up furniture from the street!!!! Chances are whoever dumped it dumped it for a GOOD REASON. Please please be on the lookout for bedbugs, they’re expensive and difficult to get rid of!!
@@corbinbleu444 Aw man, that’s awful! I’m so sorry. We’re lucky, we’ve only had to replace my box spring (where they were living) and my brother’s mattress so far.
@@orel1795haha no there’s an actually picture of this couch with a bunch of dudes in one room getting it on taken from an outside perspective like from outside the window and I’m not even lying
I call bullshit. That same couch is 1/4 the price on Amazon and even less on Wayfair. Their are replicas for sale as well. That couch is dirty AF and she did a terrible job cleaning it. No designer couch is worth picking up off the street in NYC 🤢🤮
This is pretty common in suburban America, or even just in the US in general. In the less wealthy neighborhoods you sometimes see people leave stuff out that are free for you to take. You also see a lot of this especially in college town as well, when students graduate and are moving out of their rental.
Trash in the street should stay where it is no matter the original price. It’s obviously depreciated in value and takes way too much effort to restore. Who knows what’s been in and on that couch. Besides, Her old couch looks better than the one she dragged in from the street.
@@theTimeIsNow2009 i honestly think that the blue couch matched it better especially with the bright colors of the carpet and it really didn’t take that much work all they did was pick it up, wash it, and put it in her apartment
The *URINE💦ON COUCH* episode from Seinfeld is *CLASSIC!!!🤣* BTW.... All the porn stars from the production studio thank you for cleaning off all their *"Love Juices"* 🍆💦🍆💦🍆💦🍆💦
Being an exterminator in NYC my biggest advice is dont bring in furniture thats left on the curb into your home. Everytime i see couches or mattresses left outside i look for bedbugs and 80% of the time i find some indication of an infestation. Actually scratch that, bring in all the furniture you see outside more business for me 😂.
You hear that accent? It’s a very specific type of American accent… We like to call it the “My brain is made of starbucks, ego, nicotine and social media”
That’s most modern western women nowadays I want this I don’t wanna put any time or work in imma let my dad or boyfriend do that cuz that’s what men are only good for is doing things for me. Then imma reap the benefits of it without any of the work then imma say all men are trash. It blows my mind
Apparently they owners of the couch were having work done in their house and put the couch on the street to make room….. and this girl found it…. Apparently the couch was a gift to the owners from a royal family member and they wanted it back but I think oh girl actually changes the color of the couch as well…. It’s a crazy story
Not gonna lie I'd feel stupid to keep a used couch from a stranger that's this expensive when I can sell it, get a nice new couch and still have leftover money
@@hawusiakopkaewski9014 She can do that, I'd still say it's stupid. You never know what was done to that couch and with how much money you'd make selling it, you could still buy a very nice and arguably way more practical couch
That happened to me though, i had 2 used wall ACs in good condition, i forgot my SUV keys and let them on the side of my SUV when i came back they were gone.
@@taddssucks92yeah and if she had enough time to call her dad and extract the couch without the owner coming out that is 1,000% the owners fault for leaving a 8,000 dollar couch unsupervised for that long.
exactly. and also even there wasnt a specific reason, big furnitures like bed or sofa, they absorb people’s energy so much in a good/bad way. if you dont know what kind of ppl were using it, i highly recommend to just stay away.
I remember when this was first posted. Pretty sure the people who owned the couch were either moving in or out of their apartment and they literally left it unattended not that long and this girl came and swiped it😂😂
