I love that last 3 bedroom with the attic. The crown moldings, high ceilings, fireplace, great kitchen and really reasonably priced. Very liveable !!

Congrats to the lads for maturing in their decisions. I slightly shudder to think of them painting and decorating. It could be a disaster. But they have proven they can listen, grow and put to good use excellent advise. I hope all these years later they've improved their situations.

Wish they would do a follow-up show on how it turned out.

These days (2024) heating costs would be analyzed.

And extra 2,500 adds less than 7 pounds a month. Double that (for interest, and it's still less than 14 pounds per month. I'm not sure why they are harping on that so often.

Much better location for their lifestyle in house 1, house 2 is less work more for the money and better investment if they can come up with the extra 2,500 pounds.

Hello. This is a real long shot but I’m hoping someone can remember this: I am searching for a Location, Location, Location episode featuring a couple looking to move to a place in the South. From memory it was a smallish village somewhere above Brighton (ish). I distinctly remember they were looking to move there as the schools were fantastic and Phil wholeheartedly agreed. You really need to take more care with your labelling parts one and two! SO MANY are like this where it says part one and it's obviously part 2. For the number of videos you post you should know how to do it correctly.
