Ease is your innate un-worried, un-tense, free-flowing, effortlessly-coordinated natural being. There is a beautiful, graceful in your posture and motion that you're born with that's underneath tightening, stiffening, holding, slumping and compressing ad it's just waiting to come out. It's likely been covered up with habits for many years, but it shines through sometimes in certain circumstances; like when you're happily surprised or feeling great and or feeling in like you're naturally in "the flow." Using this simple practice of ease, you can begin to train it to be there at your command by learning and practicing a quick and effortless momentary re-direction of attention using the practice that I demonstrate in these videos.
This practice and the theory behind it is one I learned from a brilliant Alexander teacher named Mio Morales.
