The house is ok, but I think when they change the flooring it will look alot nicer. And yes there’s alot of grass and it’s alot of mowing. We are facing same now It is well. I pray you find your dream home soon. House hunting is alot tbh. Pray about it ❤❤❤

I honestly thought the house wasn’t bad oh Every room in the house had really decent size even the space in front and back. For outdoor activities.

In my opinion this was ok but the rug down played the house and again mowing the lawn in this accommodation is not gonna be easy oh, but even at that the grass don’t grow during winter they are stagnant until it’s summer then it starts growing rapidly and you have to mow more during the summer, in all I like the space and the view the dining shares with the back garden very beautiful 👍

I think the rug put me off immediately and that red thing in the wardrobe, like I don’t understand 🤦🏾‍♀️. The fact that the agent doesn’t even have the keys to open the patio door too 🤦🏾‍♀️. They didn’t try at all abeg but that view from the dining area through the patio door would have been lovely 😍

@@CynthiaEgbidi exactly but still think well sha oh, the house has space maybe if the rug goes it would be just perfect, lawn mowing is not all the time too, cynthia you can still use the lawn mowing and do fit fam😁 Any time I want to burn fat I carry the lawnmower, before you know it 1000 steps done 🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

Honestly i thought the place wasn't bad at all. But that's my opinion. It all depends on what you and your family are looking for. And also telling us how much the accommodation is going for will help us to give you an honest opinion. But for now, without knowing the rent i think it's a spacious nice place 😊

Very true! I think it boils down to what we actually want. This is far from it, looking to move into a nicer place than where we are now and hopefully live there for a long time till we get ours. Meanwhile, did you see the garden in front of the house? Who’s going to be doing all those gardening work? 😩😩. Lol.

Of all the places you have seen,I would go for this one❤. Loved the size especially with your kids . Such sizes are rare to find in the UK. A few touch ups,floor and carpet like the agent said seals it.

I noticed it's narrow but loved that there is light coming in coz of the window and especially the glass door coz if it was dark it could have been worse. Anyway all the best,hope you get the one that accommodates all that you need 💖

Someone finally gets it 😩. Like why didn’t you just change the carpet before putting up the house for rent 🤦🏾‍♀️. That garden is a NO NO, exactly what we are running away from where we are living currently.
