The house appears to be move-in ready. Although there is an under-counter space for a small fridge, there may be room for a tall, narrow fridge freezer. Two of the bedrooms look like singles. The front and back gardens are low maintenance, which is sensible for a rental property. Good parking is available. Depending on the location, this property seems to be a good value for the price.
I see why the rental was so cheap as I was expecting to see 3 bedrooms, yet what you showed us are 2 box rooms and 1 small double bedroom size to which I hope you could fit in a wardrobe.
It is generally agreed that cost of living has increased globally! Not just in the UK!!! What I’m trying too say is that You don’t just generalize and make it seem like everywhere in the UK is freaking expensive bcos you pay high rent where you stay. If cost of living is so high in your area, your pay too is usually higher than other cheap locations. There’s always an option to relocate to other cheaper parts of the same UK if your place doesn’t Favour you!!! Don’t scare others from coming to the UK with the way we most blacks interpret the UK to be to people back home! If it wasn’t favorable to you, you would have gone back to your home country but you chose to stay!! The truth is that even back home things are also very expensive!! It’s also not better of So live and let live. If you ask me, the emphasis on the exaggerated cost of things in the UK is overemphasized. ✌️ Remember las las we are all surviving 🙌
It is there small rooms that's my issue in the UK. The rooms has no wardrobes so by the time you put a wardrobe not sure of the bed or vice versa. It is well
getting house is difficult for Nigerians because lack of trust. sadly Nigeria is well known for scammers and a lot Nigerian international students who come to uk lie about their finances just to secure a property and we landlords/letting agents are very familiar with all scams etc.

It comes at that price because it's totally empty...no fridge freezer...no washing machine....no wardrobe....😊...but it's neat...new built...most likely highly energy efficient 👍👍👍

1 bedroom in south east London is between £1200-£1400 There are cheaper places in outside London. If you want to save or live a good life don't bother coming to London. It is a struggle here. Even us that are born or been living in London since childhood are considering moving out. London is too much.

How is that not true. Don’t tell you will ever get such an apartment for that same price in London or Birmingham. For your Info, £650 pounds is just the price for a big room in London.

If you watch the video, the first set of words she said in the video were ".....cities that are affordable....cause of rent prices..." I don't remember London being one of the affordable cities. Which part of that didn't you assimilate to have said that she isn't *giving real information? Uk is London!? Na WA.
