So funny story. I’ve got 8 kiddos and I had 3 boys first. When I had my girl it took me forever to wrap my head around it. Sometimes I would slightly panic that I had accidentally put my boy in a dress and I would check her diaper…”Yep, we actually had a girl this time.” 😂😂. Soooooo, happy for you and your family. ❤❤❤❤❤.

My dad washed our plastic disposable plates after every get together. We used the same plates for years. He’s gone now, and that’s one of our favorite memories. I love the idea of a citrus theme!

Congratulations!! We had 2 of each, every other one, boy girl boy girl. They’re both so fun but I will say, in our experience , maybe since they were every other, but also because of the age gap (we waited 6 years to get pregnant w our last…) our second born was truly a Tom boy to keep up w her brothers:) the party was beautiful! I couldn’t imagine it would fit together better if you had purchased it all to match. Love the citrus halves w the Izze bottles looks so pretty! And the chicken looks so amazing. I don’t wanna make exactly that for supper if I knew how you did it. Just Ricardo seasonings and on the smoker? How are they so perfectly browned?!

I had three girls before I had a boy. I had come to such peace on having all girls that I wasn't sure how it would feel to have a boy. But I can tell you that from the moment he was born there was absolutely no weirdness at all about being a boy mom! It was different but he just instantly belonged.
