Property that’s within city limits is almost always not huntabke due to it being around so many people. Which makes sense that you shouldn’t be shooting at a court park. Each state is a bit different but that’s where Google comes in handy to try and get a phone number to call if there is a piece of property that you’re especially interested in hunting. Hope this helps!

Great question. There’s a couple different ways you can go about it. If it’s a PO Box it’s a little bit harder but the approach is generally still the same. You can take the PO Box address or the physical address and search it in Google and see if you can’t find a general phone number to call. If that doesn’t work, you can utilize your states secretary of states office. Here in Oregon I can use that and search a business name and it will show me the articles of incorporation that that business had to file when they opened. On the paper is a phone number of the person who started the business and that’s who I usually call.

It will only show who owns the property. So a lease isn’t ownership so no it wouldn’t detail that 👍

Same, just had my survey done a year ago and public records are not accurate. I’ve tried to get it fixed by the county but nothing has changed .
