I tried to research police custody deaths since 1990-2001 vs police deaths whilst on duty. 40 cops have died in this time frame across the broad spectrum of police work, while 2300 people have died in police custody...it'd be cool if you could find out the truth of this. Thanks
@hayley - do us a favour and explain what "creating an image of a child" means in law. Ie what Huw has been charged with. I worked in forensics/defence earlier in decade and disgusted by CPS/police behaviour I left cos.stress. Got a few stories if u want them

Thank you for the explanation. In the US laws vary form state to state. But where I live criminal law falls under the categories of Offenses Against the Person, Offenses Involving Families, Dependents, Etc.; Offenses Against Property, Offenses Against the Administration of Government, Offenses Against Public Health, Safety, or Welfare. Laws seem to be very similar here just categorized differently.
How do i find detailed immigrant crime related statistics? I am trying to research in the hope of determining whether or not they are typically over-represented in terms of sexual abuse/rape etc.
The home office have stated that they do not and will not keep records of crime broken down by ethnicity or immigration status. An MP tried to request it under freedom of information and that was the response he got
