Hello @shubhraneelmaiti1850, The speciallity of Blend cheese (dried mozzerlla+Cheddar) is that it has got that sharpness along with the desirable cheesepull, as compared to plain mozzarella which only provide the pull experience and bland taste. You can use Blend is any dish that you can imagine with plain mozzarella cheese, like pizza, grilled sandwiches (not cold sandwiches) Baked Pasta Dishes (not recommended for regular pasta dishes) and to some extent wraps or rolls which are grilled in the pan. Maine kal first time processed cheese use krke pizza bnaya with readymade pizza base, bht wahiyat bna..i was so disappointed..cheese bilkul bhi melt nhi hui..maine go cheese ka processed cheese order kiya tha.. isse pehle maine amul diced cheese use kiya tha, 4-5 min. mein aaram se cheese melt hua bht achhe se.. mozzarella cheese ka bhi aesa nhi h ki kisi bhi company ka order kr lein, sbka bnane ka way different hota h, cheese ke moisture content pe depend krta h uska melt hona...amul mozzarella cheese best h for pizza, processed cheese bht bekar h... processed bilkul aesa hi lag rha tha kal like u guys said senwaiyan daal di

Hello Vatsal, actually jab hum dedicated videos banate hain toh product procurement is very lengthy task, toh jab humlog pizza sauce ke review ke liye products kharid rahe the toh humlogon ne multiple sources se saare brands mangaaye the, regaless of the fact ki wo easily available hai ya nahi. But is waale video me the focus was on cheese, and not on sauce, toh is waale video ke liye jo second or third best option humlogon ko conviniently mila, humlogon ne wo kahridl liya. Also, knorr ka pocket friendly packs available rehta hain compared to veeba jo ki ek bohot important factor hai while purchasing grocery items.

250 degree celcius. Traditional pizza 300 degree celcius me banta hai but domestic ovens me generally 250 degrees highest hota hai toh usi me banaya tha. Results kaafi acha mil jata hai usse. Hope ye reply apko helpful lage. Regards, Team T.A.E

If you are using a readymade pizza base, then you should wait until the cheese is melted and is a little brown on top. It approximateltely takes 5 to 6 mins.
