You can't be the lagger if your stream is running well, any lag on the Switch would also make the stream lag ;)

Nope. The Stream uses your upload speed, while the game use both the download and upload. Maybe his download became slow, and that's why he might be the laggy person, and Stream would remain unaffected because the upload speed is still good.
