The monkey loops are my favorite part of OPS!

It's one of the first areas I actually remembered, I can't get enough speed on the first part lately.

Chris CXK Those loops are so fun because starting from the front is a completely different feel from starting from the back. 🚴🏻‍♂️

Maybe I should try it both directions, I might be better at it haha. I always worry about running into another rider out there though.

Chris CXK hmm...I haven’t thought of that happening. Is that downhill section too rough for a hardtail? Also, I’m from Schertz. Have you been out to the skills park in Seguin for mtb?
@ChrisCXK
@ChrisCXK 4 года назад
k14ce2002 I think you’d be alright on a hard tail. I know Cobra Kyle would hit it on his haha. I was just out at Seguin, I’m not great out there since I don’t have any confidence in hitting gap jumps. I did hit a larger drop than I normally would have. The next video is from there.

I’ve seen most of the place by now. I got with some locals once that showed me a lot of it. I haven’t seen all of the new Devils den stuff though. I’ll get back out there in a few weeks I’m sure.

Nice! Just rode the entire greenway a few times last week with my road bike visiting for Air Force event and saw these trails all along the way. Looked like more activity and trails more towards the north half and cool to see what they actually are like. Do some mtb riding here in ny. Btw saw at least 100 deer riding early last Saturday on the trail as folks are feeding them all along the trail.

Our greenway trails are pretty extensive, they plan to link all of them which would be crazy! That whole trail system is pretty busy but I think the northern part is more popular for some reason. They should probably quit feeding the deer, theres a ton out there. I had to shoo some away from that downhill trail.

It's quite fun, its also easy to find since its right off the paved path!

Super cool place. I was seeing some other lines you didnt take that would be super cool also. Saw what looked like some decent drops. Very nice.

Yea I skipped those drops and the big jumps on that DH trail. I think I could do the rock drop, it just looks intimidating lol.
@LiftedAdventures

@@ChrisCXK you could do it man. The drop at least.

There are some pretty great spots out there and a lot of trail. If you come down for a ride we can check it out!

That looks pretty sweet! A little jump practice, too. Are the trails not on Trailforks?
@ChrisCXK
@ChrisCXK 4 года назад
Yeah thats always helpful. Some of it is on Trailforks, but like most of our trails, it's spotty at best haha.

Nice video! I go to the Parkwood Downhill area every week, lots of tricky features!

Man, I wish I knew that stuff was there. I live in Cibolo so its a pain to get out there and explore a lot. It took me over an hour to get home after this ride and it was only 2 on a weekday!

@noneya business Lol, it's still considered downhill riding. Its not the best downhill riding spot in Texas but it's still something.

Anyone running a Garmin or something with coordinates to these areas?
@ChrisCXK

I don't have anything like that. It's not too far off the paved path though.
