Hence why the bible says you will know them by there fruits ( actions ) I can say I’m and aeroplane pilot that automatically doesn’t mean that I am ? JESUS said he doers of the word and He told us to love our neighbour and even our enemy’s we are to pray for 🙏 No where in the bible does JESUS say go kill in my name !! MLK Jr found meaning in God's call to speak the truth to an unjust and oppressive system. Hitler saw his meaning in ridding human society from the weak and sick and racially impure so as to uphold the fittest race for mankind's future. Mao found his meaning in the Marxist communistic utopian vision to reengineer human nature. I can cite many others but you get the point. If u asked those guys they would say that they were doing the most meaningful thing in the world. How do we assess which "meaning" truly reflects ultimate reality?

@@zgobermn6895 Or the victims of church bigotry or covered up child abuse can be added to your list too among other things. I don’t know what you mean by ‘reflects ultimate reality’ but, if you somehow can’t figure it out on your own, you can ask the victims how they are affected and how they feel about it. Then you can get back to contemplating the fact that life has no inherent meaning but that doesn’t stop you from having a meaningful life.
