Just remember folks - don’t go taking them from the wild. Here in Australia we’ve had several populations absolutely decimated by overcollecting. You may think “oh it’s just one” but if lots think the same thing then it’s lots of animals gone.

@@bugloverspiderlover8490 Is that such a good idea? I heard it's not good releasing animals back into the wild that you have bred. You could introduce diseases into the wild. I live next to a creek & have a blast going through it in the summer. There's snakes, frogs, crawfish, actual fish skinks all in a creek between my neighborhood & these apartments. It's insane the amount of wildlife found in a 4 foot wide 1-2 foot deep stream with no trees & sometimes completely dry when it doesn't rain it's rained a lot this past month or two so I know that creek is full of critters right now

I'm with you on this one, but I talked about it with the one that used to be closest with me, and she reminded me that nothing is truly stopping me from what I enjoy, and that includes even myself. When we go on nature walks alone, we're never truly alone. All of the critters we see, we hear, we find, and all the ones that we know are there but can't see just yet. It's okay to do these things on our own, because it's a very much needed reminder of the things that we discover when our attention isn't elsewhere
