I have spent countless hours on this project & it means so much to me to finally be able to share it with you all! My degree project is a visual experience that answers the question “what is flow arts & what can it do for you?”
The goal of this mini-documentary is to express how flow arts is a healthy hobby that connects the body, mind and soul. Many talented artists elaborate on their personal experience with flow arts, and it shows why so many people get so hooked on this hobby because of its positive effects on your mental health. It connects and shows how reaching your flow state becomes movement medicine.
