On the last morning of my trip around Dorset to get new photos and scout locations for my upcoming workshops, I headed to Bournemouth Beach. It was another dull, grey dawn which this time didn’t clear at all. But not to be put off, I worked with what I had and decided to use the opportunity to capture some fine art black and white seascapes using one of the many groynes along this beach.
In this video I show you how I work to capture different wave effects and what shutter speed works best. Then I use the Kase 10-stop ND filters to get a long exposure to capture that more dream fine art effect.
