Delicious Finger Foods for a Perfect Snack!

Today, I’ll show you how to prepare irresistible finger foods perfect for a quick and tasty snack.

Ingredients:
• 🍞 White sandwich bread: 2 slices
• 🥙 Piadina: 1 piece
• 🧀 Sliced cheese: 100 g
• 🧀 Philadelphia cheese: 50 g
• 🍖 Cold cuts: 100 g (ham, salami, etc.)
• 🐟 Small can of tuna: 1
• 🧅 Red onion: 1, thinly sliced
• 🥒 Cucumber: 1, thinly sliced
• 🍅 Cherry tomatoes: 10, halved
• 🥪 Mayonnaise: 2 tsp
• 🧂 Salt and pepper: 1 tsp
• 🥗 Salad bread: 1 piece
• 🥑 Avocado: 1, thinly sliced
• 🌿 Arugula: for garnish
For the pesto:
• 🌿 Fresh basil: 20 g
• 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil: 20 ml
• 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese: 10 g
• 🌰 Pine nuts: 10 g
• 🧄 Garlic: 1 clove, finely chopped
• 🧂 Salt: 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Prepare the pesto: In a blender, combine fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, finely chopped garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
2. Prepare the ingredients: Slice the 🍞 white sandwich bread and 🥙 piadina. Arrange 🧀 sliced cheese, 🍖 cold cuts, drained 🐟 tuna, 🧅 thinly sliced red onion, 🥒 thinly sliced cucumber, 🍅 halved cherry tomatoes, and 🥑 thinly sliced avocado on a serving tray.
3. Assemble the finger foods: Lightly spread 🥪 mayonnaise on the slices of bread and piadina. Arrange the prepared ingredients evenly on half of the bread and piadina slices.
Drizzle with the prepared pesto over the 🧀 cheese, 🍖 cold cuts, and tuna. Season with 🧂 salt and pepper to taste. Close with the other half of the bread and piadina.
4. Complete and serve: Garnish the finger foods with 🌿 arugula leaves.
Serve immediately to enjoy these delicious snacks!
