gotta love those anxiety spirals! where your brain just starts creating a bunch of conspiracy theories about yourself for no reason. I hate those times. that's the one thing I'm thankful for my medication for, it has calmed a lot of those night time negative thought spirals and I just go to sleep instead lol. I'm like...is this how "normal" people go to sleep?

I have a 9 year old girl who loves creepy, spooky things and I was wondering if you had any recs? She wants to read horror but I wonder if there is anything in between Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Incidius, IT. Nothing sexual...geeze this is strange to ask. She loves the I survived kid books and ghost stories. Any help from you or your viewers would be great.

I’d also recommend Rules for Vanishing or anything by Kate Alice Marshall! It’s a YA horror that was super creepy! Also House of Hollow or the Invocations by Krystal Sutherland - also a YA horror author
