I enjoyed this video so much! I particularly enjoyed the video footage in this one. It's fun to see the Belgian feather bowling, the sweet orange cat, and the other special moments that happen outside of your writing life. Also, the end scene is such an important message for all creatives, or all goal-oriented people, in general. That relentless forward motion is a realistic shot of what it looks like to have a big project. I am excited to watch Part 2!

I finished my novel on 31 Dec and didn't touch it until this past Saturday. Was going well for the weekend. Slowly, slowly.

Either that or you were imagining a fresh-baked pie. 18:00 - 19:00 Yeah, getting to the end at a decent pace while also letting yourself relax for short periods instead of burning at both ends, that's a tightrope walk. Sometimes we get the hang of it. Sometimes we don't. "Relentless forward motion." Revisions on all of my screenplays are now in the hands of my co-writers. They too have lives but they will get back to me in due course. The one that's highest priority (as in full steam ahead with budget breakdowns and location scouting) is thankfully the more experimental film that doesn't require a full script ... just an outline. My co-writers and I are pretty satisfied with that one; not a lot of development work left to go.
