If there was an Olympic gold medal for excavating, you would surely deserve it. Your talents are 2nd to none young man. I’m sure your folks are very proud of how far you’ve come and all of your achievements. Be safe and prosper. Thanks for sharing your talents with the world.
Yeah, Olympic medal. I guess if he wanted to make it on to national TV airing, he would have to come up with a victim story, and how he was done so wrong and is most deserving of this participation medal.. Mr. LetsDig18 has individually carved out his own wonderful award/reward ….
After 10+ years of following you, it still amazes me the level of finesse you have with your machines, whether it's spreading stone, laying out a sandy beach or digging a ditch for a culvert pipe👍
This has been a huge project. You know the saying “if you got the money, I got the time” owner should be very proud of vision to completion. Very nice.
Oh it's a work in progress. Chris just said they have changed position of the home. But Yes those white rock roads are going to stand out when everything is finally "greened up" around the roads and buildings. Very nice property to begin with 😊 have a great day 😀
You totally revived the whole farm and abandoned farm area. I hope the owners are as pleased as your viewers are with the outcome. The beach area is way better than a pool, and in a few years, there will be fish from a gift from mother nature. Love see the transformation at the end of your jobs, Chris. You and your family have a great 4th of July.
Actually the fish are very expensive, and they come from a fish farm. With no creek or river that pond will never get fish naturally, just a lot of amphibians and insects if you don't put fish in it.
@reganmorben9248 sorry to burst your bubble. But bird's bring fish eggs in naturally in their tallons. Mother nature brings life to every body of water and piece of land given enough time. Even the desert blooms after a little bit of rain.
@@charleswelch249 No bubble busted here... Birds do not bring fish eggs in their tallons. That is easily the stupidest thing anyone has ever said in youtube comments. Lol!
It does state that eggs can travel distance to isolated lakes or ponds by a host water fowl and also deficated eggs . Nature is trully beautiful and amazing.
Absolutely incredible piece of property when you finished, how nice would it be hanging out on that beach, you were spreading that sand like frosting on a cake. My favorite channel by far, I am in awe of the work every time you jump on a machine, masterpiece fits the bill, well done sir.
The vision of you Chris and the owner is there in full display ! Now Donnie has lot of trips to do moving all that sweet equipment . Off the next big job.🎉
No rain - that's not good.- - very much the same here. This was one huge project LetsDig18 and so much has changed on this property - well done it is a marvel to to see the transformation.
Whenever you're ready, Chris, I can swing down to NC and lead you through some basic moves to increase your productivity and keep you on the path towards being an experienced operator.
Artwork with heavy machinery. Handling that decor rock was classy, keeping the stones in order. Have a safe and fun filled 4th Chris. Happy 248th Birthday America.
I've said it before and I will say it again, I love your work, I could watch you all day.. this property looks amazing after all the improvements you have done.. thanks for sharing Chris, happy 4th July to you and loved ones from Oz..
Totally agree, farms, we all need to eat , and solar farms should be on parking lots and malls and anything else that preserves farmland but still has free acreage above it. Parking lots, malls, big box stores, should ALL be converting to solar. Two purposes, more electric without burning fossils, AND sun and hail protection for patrons.
Another beautifully crafted project on the books, what an amazing transformation, your client has got to love it, thanks for the update, really enjoyed watching.
You never know. It's the same place that turned out really good. I like that the owner is going to be happy with you all that work. All those trees gone that house sticking out. Yeah, nice work. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Nice beach make over with the rock and matting. Now all that is missing are the palm trees and flamingos. You make spreading the rock look easy. I would have had the stuff everywhere except where it needed to be. Beautiful job.
After all the work you’ve done in the last 1 plus years on this property for the owner he could probably double what he paid for it if he were to sell it. I think the owner should eventually build a small pond on the abandoned farm near the house. You did an excellent job for this man and I expect you’ll be back at some point. I’m excited to see what your next project will be.
Chris, you need a Zen Rake attachment to make the beach perfect! LOL. Great job as usual. Your complete attention to detail is refreshing in this day of slackers. Thanks for sharing.
While some people use brushes and paint to create a work of art, Chris uses what the earth gives and construction equipment. I am always impressed with your skills Chris. From vision to planning to organization on site and of course your operator skills with such a variety of machines I have long been a follower of your channel. Great work.
Another great job Chris. If you were to compare what it was like before you cleared for the pond/dam to now, you wouldn't recognise the place. Well done.
That sand work was like watching you ice a cake with an excavator... all I saw was chocolate icing.... I still want to see more letsdig competitions. A footrace against Bealy, and a rocktruck driving contest with Todd and a video editing challenge with Dirt Perfect!
Wow !! What a Giant difference Chris !! Man, you sure have brought that old farm , back to life, everything looks so good now !! Awesome work Man !! Have a Great 4th. !! Great as always, Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next !!
Sure has been a lot accomplished since the beginning bro, it will look right purdy once the grass has all come though where you took the trees out and other areas. Safe travels. Ken.
Chris the best thing for around the sand would be called better billy bunker systems. You wouldnt need rock it could be entirely sand. Any run off from rain and ground water will drain so fast. With the better billy bunker system you get perk rates of several feet per hour even with the better billy bunker system which is pea gravel at 2 inches that they seal with a special polymer that still drains water, than sand is applied right over the bunker system at 4 to 6 inches. The waterbwould drain right undernpea gravel into the pond. You could also a drainage pipe or just rock drainage in a 2 or 3 inch trench. The Better Billy Bunker system is a golf course bunker construction method that uses a two-inch layer of local pea gravel treated with a polymer designed for bunkers. The gravel layer allows water to drain faster than other construction methods. Tou can search youtube for thebbetter bully bunker system to check out videos on it if it may be Something you could ever use
What an amazing job Chris has done on this property. I really like watching Chris using the mini to sculp the rock and sand on that beach. The drone footage really let's us see how beautiful that property is now after Chris has worked his magic on it.
absolutely loved this series. Awesome job Chris, the owners must be elated with the fine job you did. Another one done for the portfolio. It's easy to bid on jobs win contracts when you have great work like this to show future customers on your resume.
Chris this is a work of art. Molded and graded to perfection. Aerial views are amazing. Pond is perfection. You out did yourself. Just WOW. Thank you Chris. Have a Happy 4th. Stay safe and cool.
