How do you know the displacement is exactly delta? What if P isn't strong enough?

@@sannidhyasingh1951 cuz the displacement at node 3 is greater than 1.2mm so the end of the bar touches the Wall and the total displacement Is equal to zero. That's why a reaction force occours. The second element Is compressed because the delta displacement between node 2 and 3 is 1.2-1.5 = -0.3mm
