Hi po. By November po is lipad ako Finalnd to work as practical nurse under agency. May partner po ako and we are same sex relationship- live in partner for 3 years. We are both male. Plan po namin magpakasakal for Holy union rite for LGBT. Pero hindi pa ito legalize sa Pinas. Sa Finland legal na ito…. May question is, once na iapply ko ang partner ko ng residence permit under family ties, possible po kaya un since married kami? Dapat po kaya legalize yung married certificate namin (sa Pinas). If hindi approved ito? Any other option po to get her residence permit like cohabitation? We are live in partner din po for 3 years and planning to get married bago ako mauna sa Finalnd in November.

hi maam, nagapply rin kami ng visa sa finland thru familyties, and 1month lang na approve rin kami... now inaantay nalang namin yun card na dumating.. ang tanong k lang bawal po ba magdala ng mga driedfish, longganisa, bagoong at etc na galing dito sa pinas, dba ako mahaharang sa helsinki

Ma'am, Yung from Qatar. Finland Embassy dito sa qatar din sila nag submit ng requirment after na upload Nila documents. Kasi sa website Nila dito sa qatar sa finland Abu Dhabi embassy pag resident permit. Ganon din po ginawa Nila Punta sila Abu Dhabi. Salamat.

Hi. Family ties unfortunately doesn't really work that easy for siblings or even parents. Nowadays they have grounds to be able to get your other family members, but I am not so familiar about it. I just read from migri.fi Kindly check the website

I think you can apply separately if for example you have found a stable employment (that'll be the basis of your P permit). If not, then it's still better to apply under family ties. Applies to both P permit and citizenship application.

Yes po pwede po as long as mapatunayan na nagsama kayo sa iisang address for 2yrs. In my case po pinakita ko mga utility bills ko at sknya with the same address. Bank account ko with €8k then sa student is nasa €6k

Hi maam. I would like to share with you my experience as a student here in Finland. My partner(bf) and I applied in the VFS together. As per the agency, it will be easier for us to be granted our resident visa together rather than applying separately. Yes, we are not married yet po but we have all the documents apostilled by the DFA and legalized by the finnish embassy.. na grant po yung visa namin ng sabay after waiting for 3weeks po.. now, we are living our life here in Finland. Me as a student and my partner working in kotihoito. Kiitos paljon. Nähdään tällä Suomessa.❤️

Please dig in po sa mga complicated cases kc lagi nlng married couple which we all know na mas madali para sa knila. How about po ung mga separated pero di annulled with cohabiting partner na my anak possible din po ba para sa knila na makuha sa Finland? My mga success story po ba na ganito?
