No she won't. If an adult chooses to not take care of themselves, that's THEIR choice. Babies don't know any better and parents are 100% responsible for them.

He is too young to be spoon feed, the bubbles on the spoon are because he is trying to suck like a bottle. What are you feeding him? You are never supposed to feed I baby laying/reclining on its back!!
