There is not one single thing about that boat that isn't dangerous and unreasonable. Well done sir, my hat is off to you and your team of talented friends.
Burnt Taco is one of the trucks that got me into mini trucking when I was younger. Mike Finnegan did the rest lol. I loved his commentary in thw mags. Still have them all boxed up in the attic. HUGE TIP OF THE HAT MIKE FINNEGAN!!! SO PSYCHED TO SEE IT MADE IT THERE!! SAW IT IN VERY EARLY FOOTAGE OF SEMA AND WAS PUMPED!!! CAME OUT GORGEOUS! !!!
Saw it at SEMA, I was working the show so I made a special trip over there before the floor opened, all I can say is wow. Having rigged several boats, the fit and finish are excellent. I've seen mike's old picklefork and that was excellent too. The 565 in my hallett gets the pucker going, can't imagine that power plant under boost. Only thing boat is missing is the 2 5/8" ball to sit on in the drivers seat to hold you in...Probably be added after first ride. Congrats!
That is sick, I wish I could have seen it in person but I can't wait to see it in the water! I am so excited to see how that truck comes out also. Great job to you and all your friends.
That is a bad ass boat!!! You have some great friends, I'm sure they're smiling ear 2 ear they had a hand in something that's at the SEMA show very cool
It looks fantastic but bloody scary I'd enjoy it more from the outside looking in than inside trying to stay in! good work mate well done everyone involved.
Nice boat! I really love that C-10 and have owned a couple of them when I was a younger man. I have had a dream of building a body drop / bagged 70' C-10, I love the stock grill on the 1970. Keep up the great work, can't wait to see what you do with your truck.
its not quite finished. i need to fabricated a fuel cell, and install a Co2 system to control the waste gates, add a blow-off valve, then tune the engine and spend a bunch of time tuning the boat itself. there's a lot to making a jet boat run well. it won't be easy. i'll have another video update when there's something worth showing you all.
The pin-striping turned out great! the color scheme looked like something out of a game, couldn't have picked a better name. I liked the colored turbo piping. Your neighbors are awesome, all mine do is throw parties at 3am on weekdays. I'm sure they got paid in beer and pizza. Now you just have to get her out on the water!
oh loving the intro. talking about a tease with that engine with the car behind u. but eventually. :D boat looks awesome. never seen such a shiny trailer i think.
I enjoy everything you do,your videos/shows are the best around but I'd love to see you do some more trucks,I've seen a few you've had and they all were good..really liked the blue square body.
you have an amazing truck and boat, you've got brilliant mind, your mechanical skill and knowledge astonish me sometimes... but god damn it with the background music.
That thing is so cool, I would like to see that motor and turbos in the muscle truck. just do the opposite than that episode of roadkill. Keep up the great work!
The boat came out great.Sometimes dropping the motor in is the easy part. It's the little stuff like brackets and hardware that kill so much time.Cars,trucks,boats,BTBT.
looks like all hands on deck and it turned out awesome! way to go Mike, just ordered a hat last week and it was delivered got to say high quality hat and fast shipping!@
Thats so very un roadkill. absolutely stunning and such high quality in the build. i just really want to see it scare the shit out of you when you give it the 1st run :D
Well done Mr Finnigan, like the result. Makes me wonder though, with such a lot of work gone into building the dragboat and the paintjob, when will you take it for a pass?
