Call it a robbery or what you wantt. Inter cannot rely on the ref to make the correct call in order to secure a result. We must close out these games and not give our opponents a chance or hope. Also, Lautaro suffers much like Mauro with no service!!

from the replay, it was very difficult to see but he looked ON. but it was an extremely close call. could have been contested by VAR but judging from Inter's reactions, it doesnt look like an offisde either. The penalty was a bad call tho

If there is a soccer field nearby, we usually go out there and play different soccer games. Shooting free kicks is usually one of them. Also, youth soccer clubs make long-distance shooters practice with a lot of free and corner kicks. By the time they become pro, they are already great shooters. That's my humble opinion

Italy have great talent. Chiesa, Politano, Berrardi as winger. Zaniolo as #10 playmaker. The problem is just center back. Rugani is substitute player behind 35years old Chielini and 32 year old Bonucci. Caldara has not played since his arrival at AC Milan.

That last minute penalty was one of those call that could've went either way.. His gesture to ball was why the referee called it. It he didn't move, it wouldn't have been. I've seen those gone either way before.

i agree with all of you, but also try to analyze deeple the ref. decision, he decide penalty instantly because the move was like the defender try to block the ball with the arm and the move after the chest touch it was a reflex back hand, the REF. take the decision after he saw the back review, becaus the front reviw clearly touch teh chest and then slides softly into the bizeps, you have to take in count that the initial decision conditioned the REF with him self and he had to suport his own final detrmination.

Yeah, referee need at least 2 minutes to see VAR monitor before decide the penalty. I am sure he was doubt that ball hit the hand, but he already make a decision (giving penalty) from the start, and will get pressure if he changes his mind. Poor performance by referee

First Fiorentina goal is offside, and that wasn't handball by more than one rule. He have put his hand next to body and at back so he doesn't touch ball, so it wasnt intentional, but also it was very close to ball to react any better. At end it didn't hit him in arm but chest

This is why Referees are supposed to wait until there is a stoppage in play so that VAR can review any incident. Unfortunately, the VAR team does not have the guts to overturn a decision made by the referee. The exact same thing happened today to help Madrid win...the referee took it upon himself to call a PK prior to VAR, but of course VAR won't overturn that decision because it will make the referee look incompetent. It's really a disgrace. Unless its an absolutely clear cut foul or handball, the referee should refrain from blowing his whistle.
