You got some of the story wrong, Elena didn't steal from the treasury, she was the caretaker of a kidnapped Heron (Reyson's oldest sister, the massacre was instigated for the sake of the kidnapping), Elena befriended her and before she passed away, she entrusted her with the medallion, and that's when they ran away.

"I don't want to give a plot review so I'll just state some key points of Ike's story" *literally gives a plot review*

I like Ike. He is easily one of my favorites characters In any game. Is just a completely solid character and was created perfectly Come on, who doesn’t like Ike... we like Ike... we like Ike...

You forgot to talk about Ike's blunt nature and how he speaks to nobles, rulers and godesses the same way he speaks to lowly peasants if not even more harshly instead of showing more courtesy how most others would. Also, Ike is very defensive about victims and a man of justice to the extent he ends up speaking up to Sanaki in a brash manner. I did like this spotlight and your own personal opinion on his character, unlike the other spotlights where it felt that all you did was recite Fire Emblem Wiki. If all your character spotlights are as good as this one, I think I'll start paying attention to them. Though I'm pretty surprised you didn't call Ike boring like Ghast did because you two talked about how Ike is bland so maybe you changed your mind or just wanted to get on Ghast's good side. I rank this spotlight 4/5, the same score you gave Ike.

I hate to be the person to correct you, Mangs, but there is no level restriction on when to get an Occult Scroll. You must simply be a promoted class. Ike can have Aether right after promotion if you save an Occult for him.

I love the way this Spotlight was formatted. I can't wait to see more Spotlights like this in future. Thanks for giving us a great video based on one of my personal favorite characters in all of Fire Emblem.

No matter the bad voice acting, I can't be the only one who thinks that the character movement in the Tellius cutscenes was more fluid than the Awakening/Fates/Warriors ones. Especially the running

Ike doesn't have to be a certain level to learn Aether. You can give him an occult scroll as soon as he promotes to Lord (and, of course, as soon as you get an occult scroll).

This is a pretty good video overall but there's a lot of significant errors I thought to mention: 1. Ike did not forget the incident that occurred regarding Greil touching the medallion. In fact he would have been scarred for life by what he saw if not for the actions of Sephiran who had sealed the memory in order to protect him. 2. Begnion is a country. It was referred to as a city quite a few times. 3. Ike's actions in Begnion were not mentioned and in my view are an important part of his story because it shows that he commands respect from every laguz nation in the continent (save the dragons) in his actions to protect Leanne. 4. When the Crimean army left Daein to march to Melior and fight Ashnard, General Zelgius was left behind (not Jarod). At this time, while we can't say for sure how Daein was treated, we can confirm that they were not treated as badly as they are by the time Radiant Dawn takes place. We know this because in Radiant Dawn it is mentioned that Crimea abdicated its rule over Daein to Begnion after the war was over. This is further supported by the notion that even though the Crimean army was bolstered by Begnion, it was mainly Crimean soldiers at the frontlines in order to symbolize that the army's victories belonged to Crimea. In addition, we know that the only reason the Begnion senators were able to get away with abusing Daein citizens is because they were able to keep Empress Sanaki and Sephiran in the dark. During the war this would have been impossible because of how much Sephiran seemed to be aware of what was happening on the continent. 5. This one is nitpicking but Elincia didn't resume her role has Queen. She became Queen after the war (You can't resume something you never started). 6. Pretty sure you don't have to wait until Ike is level 15 to teach him Aether. He can learn it as soon as he promotes into a Lord. Occult scrolls have no preconditions on when they can be used save for that the character needs to be 2nd tier. I think you were confused by Occult scrolls only being usable on Level 15+ laguz units. Really enjoyed this video otherwise :) Was waiting for an Ike showcase for a long time.

I love Ike’s character. He’s hardworking and a mentor figure. I can relate by losing my father to a heart attack at 13. I feel him. That’s why I like him.

Units don't need to be level 15 in order to learn their Occult skill in Path of Radiance. They only need to be in their promoted class.

OMFG, so hyped right now. The image you used for Lehran's Medallion @3:08 is an image that I had commissioned on Fiver for a tattoo that I recently got over my heart. In the end, I went without the lightning. It's quite a personal tattoo that means a lot to me. A combination of Lehran's Medallion, the Brand of Sacrifice from Berserk, and a custom Ouroboros Dragon.

Ike is definitely my favorite fire emblem character by far reminds me of guts from berserk for some reason

Actually Ike did see Greil go berserk firsthand, but Sephiran wiped his memory so he didn't remember anything until he sees the vision in the tower.

Damn, even just being reminded about the death of Greil is near enough to make me tear up. Ike's growth and his overall story remains extremely memorable and personal for me, and Path of Radiance definitely has one of the best-paced and most compelling stories thus far in the series. My personal rating is definitely a 5/5.

Still waiting for that character spotlight on Azura over here.

My 5 fav characters: 1. Leon (Echoes Shadow of Valentina) cause he's amazingly gay and I support that 2. Ike (Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn) in Smash Bros and overall he is super strong 3. Lucina (Awakening) although in Smash Bros she is just a weaker version of Marth, she is shown as brave and strong 4. Marth (Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, Mystery of the Emblem) he is adorble in Smash Bros, but he is shown as strong in any games he is included in 5. Roy (The Binding Blade) you gotta love Roy because his screams in Smash Bros are so awesome. I haven't heard much about him but overall he is an awesome character to like

Do you think you could do one for Sigurd sometime later down the road? Prior to his release in Heroes, not very many players in the west were familiar with the character, let alone his story.
