What a pleasure to arrange this for you and also play saxophone alongside you, man! Thank you so much for having me :)

I always love a VA who puts their heart and soul into a character, but sometimes there's one like you who goes above and beyond. Thanks Joe, Claude would've never been as amazing without you.

I assume this is from the timeline where Claude, Edelgard and Dimitri run competing jazz clubs in the roaring 20s, and the fate of the city is decided by either a brilliant manager named Byleth or a fun-loving bartender named Shez choosing which club to work for. I dig it. EDIT: I feel like I just got talked into writing a FE3H AU fanfic. Not how I expected today to go, but I’m not arguing.

I absolutely love the unpredictable key changes in some of the sections, the counterpoint between the two leading voices and the little faster parts. The arranger did an absolute banger of a job here, and it's just making me REALLY hyped to listen to the whole album once it comes out. Claudical Hit, Joe. Seriously.

As someone who plays both the bass clarinet and the saxophone (six years now), I have to say that I am so damn impressed with this. You both were absolutely brilliant. Sometimes I do experience burnout, but watching this does make me want to pick it up again after a while, and I really do appreciate that!! Also yes I did notice the bass clarinet behind Carlos- mad respect to them! I just want to thank you for also being so involved in the game that you voice acted for, and you really do help bring the game to life more than ever. I have endless respect and admiration for your talent and dedication. Thank you so much for sharing!!
