The Deep voice of Duma highlights the danger, importance and magnitude of the battle. The chorus of Duma's followers highlights how outnumbered Alm and Celica's armies were so outnumbered Celica and Alm's voices complement each other so perfectly both showcasing their resolve for victory

I love this song so much, i love Duma as not just a villain but a character, i feel like some people for get he wasn't entirely evil at this point he wasn't even really in his right mind anymore, would have been cool if alm mentioned it in the song but either way still amazing and can't stop listening to it!

This was one of the most climatic-feeling final chapters in the whole series. As a matter of fact, between the full voice acting, the incredible music, and the fact that SoV is literally divided into acts, this game felt like a Shakespearian play.

Don't think I've ever clicked on a notification this quickly. What a nice surprise! Edit: Now that I've listened to it, everyone did a great job! The voices match super well and the art looks really good. I love SoV so much man, the funny dastard crushing song will always be great.

SoV is my favorite Fire Emblem game and its story has particular personal significance to me. It gets overlooked a lot because it was a remake released on 3DS right after the Switch launched, so seeing it get any attention-let alone a lyrical cover of one of the best songs from its OST (which should have been in Smash)-brings a smile to my face. I particularly appreciate how Alm and Celica's vocals highlight the strengths of each of their ideals and how they strengthen each other when applied in balance. Well done to everyone involved, and I hope to see more songs from SoV in the future (particularly What Lies at the End)!

I'm sure someone else pointed this out, but I really like how Duma sings "Humans shall reign again!", meaning that he accepts his defeat and sees Alm, Celica and the rest of humanity as stronger than him. I know jack crap about this Fire Emblem game, but this song is really cool.

It would be super nice to see "Destiny Closes In" from FEH. It's the finale of Book VI, which gives a conclusion to the character arcs of Veronica and Alfonse, ending the conflict between their nations. The music goes hard too, so hearing it with lyrics would be amazing. [I already filled the Song Ballot, and anyone who wants this song should also give it a shot too!]

This was the the fastest ive ever clicked on a vid. And the idea to split the lyrics between Duma, his faithful, Alm, and Celica caught me off guard, though certainly not in a bad way. I was just expecting the mad god and the two protagonists. Definitely an 11/10, will listen to again.

It's crazy to think about how these two and the mentality about liberating humanity from the gods got carried down the generations. The vegetarian lobster lord fumbled the bag a little bit though. but he had the spirit. mostly.

Damn is this song amazing, easily one of my favorite final boss themes in the entire Fire Emblem franchise and absolutely everyone killed it here. So damn good 👏 although I sometimes forget just how deep my voice can go as Duma XD 😂

Fire Emblem is by far the ultimate RPG series in my opinion. It really speaks to everyone on some level in terms of what your personal beliefs might be should you find yourself in this fictional universe.

Well done as always crew, but if I'm being honest I think a point was missed regarding the lore behind the game. In the land of Valentia the gods have been lost to madness. Whilst mankind strikes them down, a large portion of the story's end is Alm and Celica thanking the gods for the gifts of strength and love provided to them, and slaying them as an act of mercy. Done both to save humanity from destruction, and to preserve Mila and Duma's legacy that it might not be tarnished by their own looming insanity. This is an aspect of the conflict that is completely skipped here, with Celica's line at 3:25 in particular being very out of character for her as someone who respects what Mila and Duma have done for Valentia more than perhaps any other character in the game. MOTI has long had no shortage of talent, and Alex and Juno both love being accurate to source material and making cool references with these lyrics. They often do a fantastic job, which is why I feel the need to make this point here. The lyrics avoid portraying something that is very relevant to the battle in which this song is playing. By failing to reference it in any capacity, it damages the lyric's attempt to depict the character of Celica, and to a lesser extent Duma himself.
