Very unique. I love it. I never would have thought about incorporating the burned edges into the resin. Great effect!! I knew charring wood preserves it but I would never have expected it to have held the moisture inside it as well. Ali is a very blessed girl.

Absolutely love the bottom of that bowl! I honestly prefer that live edge, natural style than if you had been able to keep it from floating. Was very glad to see you kept it! While a shame to cut into that bowl, it was made for a specific purpose so completely made sense, as hard as it was to watch.

I must say when you started cutting and drilling holes in that bowl I was nervous, but you pulled it out, brother very cool. I’m glad to see your turning again. Great to see you in the shop, Doug. I'll agree that the bowl and resin look great, coming out a really interesting swirl and combination. You shouldn't care about the thumbs down. I see this useful platform deteriorating so fast. Creators are miserable, the advertising gets more invasive every day. I can't blame you and hope something comes along to revitalize the online creator communities. Glad to see you, though.
