This guide shows you how to possibly fix Sound Sync Problems when the sound goes out of sync. See the video below for another possible fix. • Fire TV Stick Sound Sy...
Thank you sooooo much! OMG the delay was bugging me to no end and I searched and searched for a solution till I found this. The other videos and articles basically told me there's nothing you can do but now my audio and video are syncing perfectly. Thank you so much.
I connected a soundbar to my Alexa (Sony) as my projector doesn't have Bluetooth I plugged my Alexa into the 3.5 jack and linked the sound bar to my echo plus , it was out of sync and this tip fixed it perfectly!! Thanks so much
I did that. It’s in sync. But the sync changes between different apps. Disney+ has a diff sync point to Netflix. It’s really frustrating. Any tips ok that? Am on artlii Energon 2 projector with fire stick 4K and Bluetooth speaker paired to projector (firestick didn’t want to pair w the speaker).
Another well meant video to help the firestick 4k audio sync issues but sadly, doesn't resolve the issue like so many other videos, the helpful intention is fully appreciated though.
Definitely one of the best improvements Amazon made to the newer FireTV sticks and their software, first gen didn't have this. However, I do still find that prime video films can have a drift issue where it slowly goes out of sync over time. Amusingly enough its only Amazons own prime video that does this, Netflix, iplayer etc all sync perfectly fine.
@@cwtek1 Another slightly annoying thing about watching some (but not all) movies on their own Prime service, is the sound mix can sometimes be wrong when playing back for normal TV audio, its like it think its a full surround sound system or something and both music and sound effects can end up sounding far too loud. Again on Netflix...perfectly fine :D

Unfortunately, I tried to fix this for my parents this prior to researching and I asked if it happened on every TV or just the one in the living room. I had the ball and bar configured perfectly, but for some reason some shows are fine, some shows it’s only slightly off and on other programs it’s unbearable. There are 3 TV’s, initially all 3 weren’t smart TV’s and it’s Fiber Optic cable TV that requires you to watch TV using their app (completely new to me), but still ii was only the living room one that had the AV sync issue. Three non smart TV’s turned into two, but the living room TV is still the only one with the AV sync issues. Certainly there must be a setting on this specific TV that’s causing the AV issue. Unfortunately, the Firestick is the only way for them to watch TV since they have to watch it using an app. I tried to find them a regular smart TV that wasn’t preset with Roku or Firestick and I couldn’t find them one. The smart TV they got came preset with Roku, which doesn’t have the app they need to watch TV and they already have Firesticks so seems silly to have them buy a smart tv preset with Firestick when they already have a Firestick. There’s got to be a setting or something with the actual TV itself that is causing the Firestick to have AV issues. Any ideas?
Is it possible my tv is the problem? I've used fire stick, Xbox, PlayStation, and built in apps to the tv, they all stream fine and then eventually the audio lags. Maybe it's my wifi? Would like your thoughts on this
My firestick does not show any AV Sync tuning on the menu. Then what? Also shows my updates are up to date. My firestick apparently is a second gen which doesn't come with this adjustment.
I’ve just found out using my 2020 LGCX that if you have deep colour output turned on for the hdmi port, the sound will always be out of sync. I’ve been driving myself mad for the past 6 months trying to figure out what was doing it. Almost got to the point of binning the firestick. That solution is nowhere to be found on the internet
Makes the boop noise no matter where I put the arrow. I'm sick of technology really. Spend your hard earned money on this crap, then spend what little free time you get trouble shooting it. I appreciate the video though. Thank you.
It will always make a beep noise you need to move the arrow left and right until the beep lines up with the ball making contact with the moving cursor at the bottom of the screen.
