Amazon has recently added a new Audio sync tuning setting for the Fire TV Stick 4K, the 2020 Fire TV Stick 3rd gen, & the Fire TV Stick Lite. In this video I will show you how to use the new AV Sync Tuning setting and what limitations it has.

On your demonstration video, the bouncing ball always appears to hit the moving bar towards its left side. Is this significant (i.e. should we be adjusting in an attempt to get the bouncing ball to hit the centre of the moving bar)? Many thanks for producing this video. Extremely helpful 🤝

It should be hitting it in the center. It does make a difference if you are having audio sync issues.

I go to audio but there is no AV sync tuning. Is my firestick out dated? I can't seem to resolve this problem. My firestic virtually useless.

Most likely, yes. You probably have an older Fire Stick like a 1st or 2nd gen that does not have this option available. All the new Fire Sticks have the Audio Sync Tuning setting including the Fire Stick Lite and the 3rd gen Fire Stick. Chances are that you may be low on storage also. If that is the case, delete some apps, clear the cache from the other ones, restart the Fire Stick and see if that helped with the Audio issue that you are having. Is it all the app that you are having audio issues or one or two?

Hello Jose, I believe you are asking how to fix the audio that is out of sync? Is this happening just on one app or all apps? Also, is the audio coming from your TV speakers or you have a soundbar connected to the TV? You can reply back in the language that you use if easier for you and I will translate it.

@@DJsTutorials I did before but I can remember where is the audio to fix the better audio when play movies actors talking, maybe equipment control?

@@12miabella If you want to connect your soundbar to the TV and control it using the Fire TV Stick remote, then yes you need to go to Equipment Control to add it in there. Now if you are using an HDMI cable you should not have any issues adding it. If you are using an Optical cable, depending on the brand and model of the soundbar, you may run into issues adding it. If you are using Bluetooth, you need to add it in Controllers & Bluetooth Devices, but you will have audio sync issues.
