I read this book in Russian and ... This is the best love story I've ever read. It's such a pity that my English level doesn't allow me to translate it...

@@ilyaskarimov175 this book is available in Russian but only online. I found it a month ago. As I understand, the book was published only once, it was in 1990s and the circulation was small. I can send you the link to the e-book (or just the file with it) somewhere if you want

I’m loving the book, my copy arrived 2 weeks ago along with the movie script. Does anyone know if there’s a photo of the actual Roman anywhere? And I wonder whatever happened to his real life son? The book doesn’t appear to have a photo of the real Roman.

Wow - a set that consumes fossil fuel and will rust out in ten years. At least Cookie Monster would have sat in a wing back chair in front of a set painted to look like a drawing room. I wish Mr. Prior more success and loved his beautiful film.
