So the reason the isolators were sent for Caretaker is because they're for decoration. We have some and my whole family likes to collect different types. I haven't seen a blue one before (only red, green, and porcelain so far). Whoever sent it figured Caretaker or Kevin would like it, since it's 99% likely Will is going to break it otherwise.

I literally got a similar citation for tall grass. After the two weeks they don't really come back, they just schedule someone to take care of it and fine you the amount which is usually thousands.

Hi, its me the person who sent the stinky package your dog opened up, sorry for being so late. I actually filled it with Surströmming, a gift from my Swedish family, but it appears it was damaged in transit causing it to leak and go bad in the heat. I was worried your dog might get to the package and smell Baltic herrings so I put a thin layer of coyote urine on it from a coyote I hunted. If you question the authenticity, on the inside of the package I sharpied some doodles of you and kevin as an easter egg
